One of the most frequently used treatments is the placement of dental implants as an alternative to improve this situation. The intermaxillary space is an important criterion to determine the different implant-supported prosthesis options for each rehabilitation. Al revisar la literatura sobre cambios volumétricos después de la preservación del reborde alveolar, no hubo estudios comparativos directos que evaluaran la eficacia de A-PRF+ frente a otros materiales de injerto.
