CALDERON RIOS MARTHA STEFFANY My research interest is related to the use of genetics and molecular biology technologies (DNA barcoding, population genetics, genomics, metagenomics, etc) to assist the sustainable management of natural resources. Our research group focused on DNA-based identification of species with agricultural importance in the region of Amazonas, evaluation of polymorphisms (SNPs) for the conservation of germplasm, and characterization of microbiota in the environment (metabarcoding and metagenomics).
