Magíster en Administración Estratégica de Empresas por CENTRUM PUCP Business School. Máster Internacional en Liderazgo con EADA Business School de España. Licenciada en Administración Hotelera por la Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. Participante del Globall Colloquium con la Harvard Business School en USA. Ha realizado el Curso de Dirección Estratégica para la Defensa y Administración de Crisis (CEDEYAC), desarrollado por la Marina de Guerra del Perú y el Center for Hemispheric Defense. Miembro de The International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma. Con más de 15 años de experiencia en las áreas de producción, marketing, recursos humanos, operación y logística en prestigiosas empresas de servicios y producción, tanto en el ámbito nacional como internacional (Estados Unidos, Cuba y España). Desde el año 2007 ha venido realizando capacitaciones en diversas organizaciones, tanto de bienes como de servicios. A partir del año 2011 se desempeña como Profesora-Investigadora de los programas de Maestría y EDEX, en el área de Estrategia y Liderazgo, para los cursos de: Seminario de Tesis, Diseño Estratégico de las Organizaciones, Dirección Estratégica, y Administración y Organización. Ha laborado en el proceso de revisión, edición y publicación de diversos planes estratégicos sobre distintos sectores e importantes organizaciones del país (Planeamiento estratégico de los principales puertos del Perú, Planeamiento estratégico del sistema educativo del Perú, y de los planeamientos estratégicos de las regiones del Perú), así como de los libros El proceso estratégico: Un enfoque de gerencia (2a ed.), Planeamiento estratégico razonado: Aspectos conceptuales y aplicados. Ha sido Coordinadora de Tesis de Regiones, Coordinadora de programas MBA Lima, Sub Directora de programas MBA Regiones y Jefe del Área de Axiología, Responsabilidad Social, Salud, Gobierno y Derecho. Actualmente dirige la oficina de CENTRUM Casos.
