MOSCOSO GUTIERREZ MANOLETE SEGUNDO

Docente Investigador de la University of South Florida en Tampa Bay, Florida, USA. Conduce el programa de Terapia de Reduccion de Estres Basado en Mindfulness en pacientes oncologicos a traves de estudios de control clinicos aleatorizados subvencionados por el Instituto Nacional de Salud de USA. Su labor cientifica se desarrolla en las areas de Estres Cronico, Emociones y Salud/Enfermedad, teniendo como propositos: (1) la medicion psicometrica de mindfulness. (2) examinar los mecanismos cognitivos y neurobiologicos del estres cronico y su impacto en el proceso de salud y enfermedad. (3) evaluar como las diferentes formas de percepcion mental modulan la autoregulacion neurobiologica en base al entrenamiento basado en intervenciones terapeuticas como la TERAPIA COGNITIVA MINDFULNESS. Una segunda linea de investigacion esta orientada a la construccion y elaboracion de instrumentos psicometricos para la medicion de emociones tales como la ansiedad, depresion e ira en pacientes oncologicos, y en poblaciones no clinicas. Es autor del libro Medicion Psicometrica de las Emociones en Medicina y Psicologia publicado por Verlag/Editorial Academica Espanola en Alemania y Espana en el mes de Mayo del 2013.
