RECH  BERND

Bernd Rech’s institute aims at developing the fundaments and technology of highly efficient and inexpensive thin film solar cells. The focus lies on the semiconductor silicon. The main challenge is to produce very thin and at the same time high-quality silicon films with the aid of simple and fast deposition technologies, and creating overall efficient solar cells.
