TARQUE RUIZ SABINO NICOLA

Sabino Tarque es investigador Nivel I RENACYT, ingeniero civil por la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga” de Ica. Obtuvo el grado de Magíster en Ingeniería Civil en la PUCP en el 2005, el grado de Máster en Ingeniería Estructural y Sismo resistente en las Universidades Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, Francia) y la Universidad de Pavia (Pavia, Italia) en el 2008, y el grado de Doctor en Ingeniería Sismo resistente en el RoseSchool IUSS Pavia en el 2011. Ha participado en varios proyectos sobre la seguridad estructural de mampostería reforzada y no reforzada (adobe, piedra, ladrillo, etc) y ha estado a cargo de varios ensayos dinámicos a escala real sobre la mesa vibradora del laboratorio de estructuras de la PUCP. Sus últimas investigaciones tratan sobre el análisis del riesgo sísmico de las casa de adobe, modelos numéricos de estructuras, evaluación de la amplificación sísmica de las ondas. Además, ha colaborado con el Grupo Asdea SRL (Italia) durante el estudio del aislamiento sísmico para el European Extremely Large Telescope, telescopio a construirse en el norte de Chile. Sus principales grupos de trabajo se relacionan con el análisis dinámico de estructuras, modelos de elementos finitos, diseño sísmico de estructuras, evaluación de la vulnerabilidad sísmica y riesgo sísmico y la evaluación del patrimonio cultural.

Proyectos de investigación Validación de técnicas de construcción de pircas mediante estudios numérico experimentales con tecnología desarrollada en el Perú El objetivo de la propuesta es estudiar si la técnica de reforzamiento de pircas utilizada por la población, mejora su desempeño ante sismos. Dado el caso se propondría alguna mejora para reducir el riesgo parcialmente y con carácter de urgencia, hasta que pueda llevarse a cabo alguna medida de mitigación integral, como la reubicación o densificación.
