TRANSCRIPTOMICA DE CELULAS DE LA GRANULOSA Y OVOCITOS DURANTE LA FOLICULOGÉNESIS INICIAL EN ALPACA Y SU ASOCIACIÓN CON LA ACTIVACION FOLICULAR El proyecto está dividido en cuatro fases experimentales: Fase I - Determinar los cambios poblacionales de folículos pre-antrales en alpaca. Fase II - Comparar la expresión génica global entre folículos primordiales y primarios y secundarios. Fase III -Validar los transcritos significativos identificado por RNAseq y Fase IV – Suplementar con proteínas de transcritos candidatos para inducir la activación in vitro de folículos primordiales. KNOCKOUT DEL GEN DE LA MIOSTATINA MEDIANTE CRISPR CAS9 EN CUY  (Cavia porcellus) PARA INCREMENTAR LA MASA MUSCULAR Objetivo general: Generar una línea de cuy de doble musculatura mediante la técnica del knockout por CRISPR/CAS9. Objetivos Específicos: Establecer un protocolo por Knockout del gen de la miostatina mediante la técnica del CRISPR/CAS9 en cuy (Cavia porcellus). Evaluar el efecto del knockout del gen de la miostatina en la calidad y cantidad de la masa muscular del cuy.
