LEÓN FÉLIX LIZBET

Doctora en Física por la Universidad de Brasilia (Brasil) y por la Universidad de Zaragoza (España). Parte de mi doctorado fue desarrollado en el Grupo de Magnetismo en Nanoestructuras y sus Aplicaciones (MAGNA) del Instituto de Nanociencia de Aragón (INA), y en el Soft Matter Nanotechnology Lab del Centro de Investigación Cooperativa en Biomateriales (CIC biomaGUNE), en España. Cuento con una Maestría en Física por la Universidad de Brasilia, y con los grados de Licenciada y Bachiller en Física por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (Perú). Parte de mi trabajo de Licenciatura la realicé con una pasantía internacional en el Thin Film Magnetism Group, del Departamento de Física de la Universidad de Cambridge en Reino Unido (UK). Tengo experiencia en la síntesis y caracterización estructural, morfológica y magnética de nanomateriales, materiales superconductores, óxido de grafeno, nanopartículas intermetálicas y películas delgadas. He trabajado en la fabricación de nanogaps mediante electrodeposición controlada y electromigración, así como en la funcionalización de nanopartículas orientadas a aplicaciones en nanomedicina y biosensores. Experiencia en diversas técnicas de caracterización como difracción de rayos X (XRD), espectroscopía fotoelectrónica de rayos X (XPS), espectroscopía UV-Vis, potencial Zeta, espectroscopía infrarroja por transformada de Fourier (FTIR), espectroscopía Mössbauer, microscopía de fuerza atómica (AFM), microscopía electrónica de barrido (SEM), microscopía electrónica de transmisión de alta resolución (HRTEM), estudios de hipertermia magnética y ensayos de citotoxicidad in vitro de nanomateriales. Actualmente, mi investigación se enfoca en el desarrollo de nuevos materiales a partir de residuos agroindustriales, con un enfoque en sostenibilidad y economía circular.
