	Desarrollo de un área piloto con Viviendas Sismorresistentes de Bajo Costo en Zonas Rurales y Urbano Marginales del Perú,	Se creo un modulo de vivienda basico de 36 m2 para uso en zonas rurales y urbano marginales compuesto de elementos metalicos y paneles de concreto (que podian ser construidos por los pobladores del lugar generando trabajo), experimentandose a escala real en el laboratorio una vivienda con excelentes resultados. Asimismo se construyeron 5 viviendas muestra en el asentamiento humano Pacifico II de San Juan de Miraflores, donandose las 5 viviendas a los propietarios del terreno.
