Doctor en Ciencias del Clima - Universidad de Vigo-España. Actualmente Asesor científico del Centro del Clima de la Cruz Roja Media Luna Roja en Latinoamérica. Docente investigador en la Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP). Trabajé como investigador del Servicio Nacional de Meteorología e Hidrología del Perú en el área de Climatología y fui Profesor de la Universidad Científica del Sur. Tengo experiencia en Geociencias, con énfasis en las Ciencias del Clima, ENOS, Variabilidad Climática, Cambio Climático y Riesgos Climáticos y Desastres.
