Actividades de investigación en Toxicología experimental in vivo e in vitro (En células de SH-SY5Y, HepG2, Caco2) enfocados a la neurotoxicidad, hepatotoxicidad, toxicidad por exposición de agentes químicos y biológicos y seguridad de aditivos y alimentos funcionales. Desarrollo de técnicas analíticas de cromatografía (LC/MS, HPLC-Electroquímico, HPLC-UV), de biología molecular (qPCR, PCRarray, IPA analysis), de bioquímica (Actividades enzimáticas antioxidantes), de espectrofluorimetría (ROS, NO, Caspase3/7, GSH) y medidas de viabilidad celular y citotoxicidad (MTT, LDH, MDA, AK).
