En relación a su experiencia profesional, se ha desempeñado como investigadora educativa en las líneas de investigación de uso y desarrollo de las tecnologías en educación y educación para el emprendimiento en el Tecnológico de Monterrey, México. Cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia como administradora de empresas y consultora. Fundadora y directora de empresa dedicada a formación e-learning. Gerente en empresas de retail. Además, cuenta con experiencia docente en universidades de México, Colombia y Costa Rica. Actualmente es Docente del Departamento Académico de Posgrado en Negocios de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
