Civil Engineer with over 19 years of experience as a Manager, University teacher, Consultant, Works Supervisor, and Arbitrator for the Contracting Law at the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Puno (CCPP), and a member of the CCPP Superior Council. I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses and have been a visiting lecturer, teaching alongside my professional practice. I am a researcher in Structural Engineering, Seismic Engineering, Seismic Vulnerability, and Seismic Risk Management (Scopus Q1 publications), with a high level of expertise in risk management, reflected in scientific articles in high-impact journals worldwide. I have been a speaker at National and International Congresses in Peru, Colombia, Dubai UAE, Mexico, Spain, Germany, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Bolivia. I have developed multiple structural design projects in Peru and abroad.
