Proyectos de investigación	Estimación de pérdidas en el stock de materiales de las edificaciones después de un terremoto. Caso de estudio: ciudad de Chiclayo, Perú.	En esta investigación se ha presentado un enfoque metodológico para caracterizar y cuantificar el stock de materiales de las edificaciones, y pronosticar las pérdidas materiales producidas como consecuencia de posibles eventos sísmicos. El sector residencial de Chiclayo, ciudad localizada en la costa norte del Perú, fue seleccionado como caso de estudio para aplicar la metodología propuesta.
