Ingeniero Electricista egresado de la Universidad Nacional del Callao, Magister en Gerencia de Proyectos de Ingeniería. Doctor en Administración. Cuenta con 35 años como docente universitario. Actualmente, se desempeña como Director de la Unidad de Investigación de la FIEE UNAC, fui decano de la Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Electrónica de la Universidad Nacional del Callao por dos periodos 2010-2013 y 2015-2019 ,actualmente soy coordinador del CENTRO DE INVESTIGACION DE LA FIEE UNAC AUTOMATIZACION PARA EL DESARROLLO, soy evaluador de trabajos de investigación por pares de eventos Nacionales e Internacionales para publicación en revistas indexadas .

REDES INTELIGENTES APLICADAS A LA GESTIÓN DE EMPRESAS DE DISTRIBUCION ELECTRICA, CASO: LUZ DEL SUR S.A.A La implementación de las redes inteligentes conlleva a un Sistema de Gestión de Distribución (DMS) que es un componente crucial que permitiría a las empresas eléctricas concesionarias implementar medidas de mejora de fiabilidad y eficiencia de red y controlen el aislamiento y la recuperación tras la interrupción del suministro. “IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LOS MÉTODOS DE EVALUACIÓN DE LOS SISTEMAS DE ENERGÍA EÓLICA PARA DETERMINAR LA EVOLUCIÓN DEL CAMPO DE INVESTIGACIÓN” La energía eólica desempeña un papel clave en la combinación de generación de energía renovable. Sin embargo, ellos enfrentan diferentes tipos de problemas como el equilibrio en la adecuación de los recursos, confiabilidad de la red, estabilidad y eficiencia económica. En tal sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis de mapeo científico conceptual de los sistemas de energía eólica.
