Soy el Dr. Percy ROSSELL PERRY Cirujano Plastico con Scholarship en Cirugia Craneofacial desarrollado en los Estados Unidos de Norte America en las universidades UCLA (Universidad California Los Angeles) , NYU (Universidad de Nueva York) y Universidad Emori de Atlanta. En la actualidad soy Medico Asistente del Servicio de Cirugia Plastica del Hospital Edgardo Rebagliatti Martins de ESSALUD donde me dedico a la Cirugia Reconstructiva Pediátrica Soy Past Presidente de la Asociacion Latino Americana de Cirugia Craneofacial.2018-2020. Soy Miembro del Comite Editorial de las revistas Plastic Reconstructive Surgery GO y Journal of Craniofacial Surgery de USA. Actualmente soy Presidente del Consejo Médico Consultivo para Sudamérica de la Fundación Smile Train. (SAMAC) así como miembro del comité global de innovación e investigación (STRIAC) de la misma institución. Tengo Grado de Doctor en Medicina Humana por UNMSM , Magister en Docencia Universitaria y Diplomado en Investigación Clínica por Universidad Harvard de los Estados Unidos.
